Lavinia, was a former barmaid here at the worldsend, its said she had been murdered after refusing a customers advancements. Even though the crime happened over two hundred years ago, the room where the murder happened remains sealed and strangely only has a window for entry!
Apart from our most famous story above encounters are regular in all levels of the pub. Staff claim of touches on their backs, clicking of fingers and pots and pans crashing.

Most recent occurrences are reports of a ghostly cat, most say it stays to keep the pubs current cat "shearer" company.
